It is heated by gas burner, and the temperature could reach 220 degree celcius. The toaster is channel design with one layer, which equipped heating device above and under the conveyor. Congratulations on my Mexico customer, who has successfully installed  Pet Treats Processing Line  and made test running.  Pet Snacks Processing Line  can produce various shapes of pet treats, dog snacks by changing the molds. Also, Dragons Machine has launched a new device to make twisting pet treats. If using two single screw extruder, then double color pet treats can be produced as the picture above. Dragons Machine has finished one  Cereal Bar Forming Machine  for a Korean customer. The model of this machine is QL-360F, and the capacity is about 200-300kg/hr. It could produce cereal bar, muesli bar, granola bar, energy bar, etc, and the shapes can be various by changing the mold. Another advantage of this  Cereal Production Equipment  is its smaller structure, which is rotary type, and doesn’t cover much space.
