Today I will show our workshop by a short video clip. This workshop has showed many equipment to produce puffed snacks products. From the video, we could see the important equipment to produce puffed snacks, Double Screw Extruder. We have updated the  Puff Snacks Extruding Line  by using Siemens touch screen and PLC as controller. Also, there has other support equipment to work with double screw extruding machine or single screw extruder, such as flour mixer, screw conveyor, grinding machine, seasoning machine, oil sprayer, etc. By combining the equipment with different twin screw extrusion machine, we could reach different kinds of production machine for various puffed snacks, such as  Corn Flakes Machine , Pet Food Machine, Macaroni Machine, Pet Treats Extrusion Machine, Baby Food Machine, Soy Protein Machinery, etc. For more details of interested ones, please feel free to contact Dragons Machine.

Meat Slicing Machine  is used to slice meat to very thin pieces, and could deal with chicken, pork, beef, mutton, etc. We just finished one  Chicken Roll Slicing Machine  and made test. From the test, we could find the sliced meat is very thin, and has same thickness. Also, the thickness can be adjustable from 2-50mm. We currently have two of models, QL-P180-I has two paths, which deals with one pieces of meat per time, and the capacity could reach 60pcs/min. Another model is QL-P180-II and has two paths, thus it could process two pieces of meats at the same time, and the capacity is twice of QL-P180-I to reach 120pcs/min. Last week, a newly installed  Granola Bar Processing Line  has been finished, and well tested at the customer’s workshop. This Muesli Bar Processing Line is continuous and automatic, which has combined complete procedures into one. The procedures include: Filling materials - Pressing - Cooling - Vertical cutting - Horizontal cutting - Cooling. One advantage of this  Protein Bar Forming Machine  is its Horizontal Cutting Device, which is ultrasonic cutter. This cutter could prevent the sticky materials sticking on the cutter, also keeps smooth cutting edge. A new set of  Macaroni Machine  has been finished for our Nigeria customer, and we made delivery this Monday. Pasta Machine could produce macaroni and pasta automatically and continuously. Many shapes can be made like penne, barilla gnocchi, fusilli, conchiglie, ziti, ditalini, ruote, radiatore, etc. The most important improvement is we have added a new device on  Pasta Extrusion Line , which can completely settle a lasting problem that the materials discharged is not even, sometimes more and sometimes less. With this new macaroni extruding machine, we believe our customer could produce macaroni and pasta with very good quality. Chinese New Year is coming soon, and it is the last time we replenish the stock of barrels in the lunar year of dog. Before Chinese New Year holiday, we must finish all the orders and make quick delivery. These barrels are made by 55 steel with quenching treatment, thus the hardness could reach 55. They're used for our Double Screw Extuder or Twin Screw Extruder, and act as key equipment of  Puff Snacks Processing Line , Pet Food Extrusion Machine, Corn Flakes Extruder, Baby Food Extrusion Machine, etc. There has less a month to the holiday, so thanks for the hard work of our stuffs, who worked over-time to finish the orders. Dragons Machine has installed six sets of  Rawhide Bone Pressing Machine  successfully. This Cowhide Bone Pressing Machine is used to press dog chewing bone with rawhide as raw materials. The feature of rawhide bone press is high speed and safety protection. As the customer’s feedback, only 4 seconds, one rawhide bone can be made. Thus 900 pieces can be achieved, also the chewing bone has same size and even shape. The safety device well protects the operator. Once checking the operator’s hand is under the mobile mold, the device will shut down the power without any movement. Currently for  Ox Skin Bone Machine , we have several models as choices: press pressure with 35ton, 63ton, 80ton and 120ton. The bone length can be 1.5-12 inch.
