One special extruder is finished for trial running today. It is double screw extruder to produce twist snacks. The mold is specially made, which can be rotated to make the twist. On each mold, there has 8 mold cavity to produce 8 rows at the same time. Then the rows are fed into a cutting machine, and cut as required length. After cutting, the twist snacks enter a frying machine for frying, and next enter the flavoring machine for coating flavors to realize different taste.
